Away from work Grant has been married to Karen for almost 30 years, and they have three beautiful grown up daughters. A highly competitive sports person, Grant played first class rugby at both regional and national levels in a former life, but now prefers to unwind by competing in long distance recreational cycling events, and spending time with family and friends.
