Born and raised in New Plymouth Clive attended Massey and Otago Universities, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978. Since then extramural studies have included Real Estate stages 2 and 3 to attain Areinz qualification, Massey University studies include Land Economics and an A pass in Applied Valuation in 2009. In 2012 Clive added Auctioneer to his credentials and skill set. Clive is happy to market and sell any type of property in New Plymouth and surrounding areas for his clients. He managed the Opunake Office of TSB Realty for 5 years and the New Plymouth office of Taranaki Farmers for 2 years, selling and overseeing all types of property sales.
