    Homes the size of 238 Mangorei Road, in a prime location, are an absolute rarity in real estate.

    An attractively appointed dining room extends from the kitchen, and adjacent the formal lounge which can also be accessed via the main foyer. A courtyard, complete with a water feature, extends from the lounge and dining areas.

    Two double bedrooms, including the master bedroom, plus a sewing room/nursery and the main bathroom are located on the main floor. The master bedroom has a fully tiled en-suite.

    A short flight of stairs lead to the upper level of the house, which also has its own access if required.The upper storey with its lounge and kitchen area has the potential to be completely self-contained and offers prospective buyers a range of options for their family.

    "On the ground floor our son has taken this area as his own and has adapted the rooms, including a games room, to cater for his visitors" says Suzanne. "There is also a full kitchen, complete with dishwasher and a separate bathroom."

    Two tandem garages, one of which is set up as a gymnasium, stand side-by-side. Two large wine cellars are accessed via the bottom floor.

    There is a dedicated indoor/outdoor living area nestled in a bush like setting. Strategically-placed coloured lights up-light the bush, while overhead, coloured fairy lights along the roof-line add a touch of magic. These are complemented by both recessed wall and floor lighting.

    "We love it out here," says Suzanne.

    "We've had barbecues out here the year round - it's such a pleasant area in which to relax and dine."
